FR2000

SPHERAE has developed, with the partnership of its testing engineers, The FR2000, a crush, separation and recover unit for the treatment of mercury vapour lamps with high and low pressure. This unit is capable to recover various fractions such as glass, iron- nickel, mercury and brass. This unit is also provided with an intercepting and filtering system, which allows to obtain a uniform under-pressure, avoiding the outgoing of powder and mercury emissions in proximity to operator. A set of active carbon filters doesn’t allow any emission to atmosphere. FR2000, with its reduced format, can be used as treatment unit mobile.
